The audience for this book is primarily consumers who plan to sell or purchase a home in the near future. The book provides insights from top agents who discuss the keys to making the best deal on a home sale or purchase by working with an experienced agent.

We’re planning 8 to 10 chapters in the book, with each chapter featuring a different real estate professional. The participants are being geographically spread out across the United States and no two will be from the same metro area – so no direct competitors in the book. 

Each participant is listed as an author, and the good news is that you don’t have to write anything. This is a low stress project and we interview you for your content and write your chapter for you. You get full credit as one of the authors of the book.

Step #1: Introductory Call
We will have an approximately 15-minute call with you to get an overview of your topics so we can develop a chapter outline and identify specific questions for you to answer that will be the basis for your content. We will send a list of questions so you can be prepared for an interview.

Step #2: Interview For Content
We will conduct a recorded telephone interview with you to gather content for your chapter. The interview will be approximately 45 minutes in length. With our unique process, your time is efficiently used and with the interview format, the words are yours, although we edit your content.

Step #3: Become A Published Author
Content for your chapter will be edited into a manuscript, and after your review, will be compiled into the book. The book will be published in paperback and eBook versions. Both versions will be available for sale on Amazon and the paperback version will be available other through other online and offline booksellers. You will be listed on the Amazon book page as an author of the book. You will be credited as the author of your chapter and your name and photo will be on the back cover and in your chapter.

Step #4: Achieve Status As A Best Selling Author 
We guarantee that your book will become a Best Seller on Amazon. We optimize the book placement on Amazon for a successful book promotion campaign and we promote the book to our lists of buyers.

Step #5: Your Story In the National Online News Media
We will publish a news story about you becoming a Best Selling Author in the national online news media – over 100 news sites including some network TV affiliates sites like ABC, NBC, Fox, CW and major newspaper and other news sites.

Step #6: Screen Shot Images of Your News Story
We will provide a selection of screen shot images of your news story that you can use on your website, social media or marketing materials.

What will be the content of my chapter?
The book is a compilation of chapters from the individual authors. Think of your chapter as a discussion of how you help clients buy and/or sell homes. A few examples of possible topics to include:
  • How should a home be prepared for market?
  • How to determine a realistic market value.
  • Is technology a replacement for human expertise?
  • How should a home should be marketed to reach the most qualified buyers?
  • How should a buyer get prepared to shop for a home?
  • How should showings be conducted?
  • How can a buyer get the best mortgage?
  • How to know a home is in good condition before closing the purchase.
  • Tips for negotiations.
  • How to select the best agent.

How long will my chapter be?
Chapters will be approximately 3,000 words +/-, which is equivalent to about 15 to 18 pages in physical book format.

As an author, what do I have to do?

With our process, you don't have to write anything. We will have an introductory call (approximately 15 minutes) with you to get an overview of your topics so we can outline your chapter and identify specific questions for you to answer that will be the basis for your content. We will then conduct a recorded telephone interview with you to gather the content. The interview will take about 45 minutes. Using the content gathered in your interview, we will draft your chapter and send to you for review. You will need to supply a relatively high-resolution head shot photo to include in your chapter, on the back cover, and in the news media. You also need to provide a brief bio and contact information to include in your chapter so readers can reach you.

When will the book be published?
The book is expected to be published in summer of 2021.

Where will the book be distributed?
The book will be published as a paperback book and an eBook. Both versions will be sold on Amazon and the paperback version will be available from other booksellers.  

What does it mean to be a Best Selling book?
Best Selling books are commonly considered to be among the top 100 of recognized Best Seller Lists. The New York Times, Amazon and The Wall Street Journal compile the three most prestigious Best Seller Lists. For this project we will be focused on Amazon Best Seller Lists.
